Really good Service Makes for a Nice Stay!

Our family enjoyed three fantastic nights with attentive staff. Hafid surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, showcasing their personal touch. Mustafa's delicious breakfasts were a highlight. Remember to explore local dining options for an authentic taste of the area.

Food was mediocre

Riad Shama is absolutely perfect! Everyone is really nice and helpful. It's like a little oasis in the middle of the confusion of Marrakesh. The riad is absolutely beautiful, the swimming pool fantastic, and the hole atmosphere is wonderful. Our room - they made us an upgrade :)) - was really big and nice, clean and perfect. :)

The only thing we thought was not so good, was the Riad's location. It is a bit far - on foot - from the Jamma el Fna Square. But if you go by taxi it's only 2 dirams (2 euros). Don't forget to negociate the price before you get in the taxi!!

The rooftop terrace is ideal for relaxation.

Marvellous breakfast with the best fresh orange juice I 've tasted on my travels, thanks a lot. The service is incredible, includes private parking. No complains at all, a very nice experience, would definitely go back.

The kids loved splashing around in the beautiful pool while I enjoyed the peaceful terrace views. We also indulged in some great spa treatments, with full-body massages that left us feeling relaxed and pampered. The staff really nailed it with their warm hospitality.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast service could be faster.

The rooms are a nice size and well-kept with high ceiling, so that guests have essentials.

The pool, though cold, provided a refreshing contrast to the warm sunbathing on the terrace, and the staff's attentiveness elevated our experience.

The staff, especially Ayoub and Anas, were warm and accommodating. I enjoyed the beautiful design of the Riad and the tranquil courtyard. The massages and hammam services were relaxing and expertly delivered.

A bit tricky to find.

The stay was an absolute dream with a lovely atmosphere and calm surroundings. The breakfast was always plentiful, featuring a good assortment of pastries and fresh orange juice. Ayoub was a highlight, his warm personality and welcoming service made our mornings special. The location allowed for easy access to the bustling markets and attractions like the museum and the famous square, which were just a pleasant walk away. Most importantly, the room was comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after exploring.

An oasis of tranquility amidst the hustle of the city, the staff provided really good service, with hugs from Moustafa at breakfast and spontaneous mint tea at any hour. While the fine architecture and spacious room offered comfort, the pool was unusable due to maintenance issues, and only three out of five lights in the room were functional were good. This place is perfect for relaxation, but could greatly benefit from attention to maintenance details.

Our stay was delightful! We adored the beauty of the rooms and the delicious dinner, with the meat tagine being a standout. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent.

It was just a perfect match for a walk in the evening in Marrakesh with excellent value. The breakfast was simple but filling, mostly bread, great for our early morning. Make sure to confirm any special requests ahead of time.

Can't recommend highly enough for a hurried visit

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with the good aroma of the hammam and a beautiful seasonal outdoor pool that really enhanced our stay.
